[scheduler][joy] Add support for "all-day" event

Follow up on #17699

In this PR:

• Add a checkbox to toggle the allDay property in the event editing UI (if [scheduler][joy] Add event editing inside a popover / drawer #17704 is ready)
• Render a Day Grid primitive above the Time Grid and render only the all-day events in it
• Only render the time part of the start and end field if the allDay property is off
