Support for Nextjs Pages Router

I'm planning to start migrating my web app to MUI v6 and Pigment sometime later this year, but when I gave Pigment a try a few weeks ago, it broke my app (I'm using the pages router). This lead me to think that currently only the app router is supported, so I decided to open this discussion thread to check if support for the pages router is planned down the road.
