[core] Make CRUD feature available to the users

Summary

We discussed CRUD feature yesterday and I have mentioned it in the announcement blog as an upcoming feature: mui/material-ui#43497. Here, I have linked the RFC but it doesn't make sense because we already have it ready in some form. I think we should just release it and let users explore it and share feedback. WDYT?

Any reason why we should still keep it hidden?

Motivation

To let users use the powerful features of Toolpad Core.
