[CRUD] Allow customizing the form input fields

Summary

Hi, I'm trying the Crud component (https://mui.com/toolpad/core/react-crud/) and I can't find out if it's possible to customize the form input fields for creating and editing entities. For example, if I have a field of type 'date', is it possible to define a custom DatePicker as input or if there is no multiselect type option, to be able to define a custom field type? Thanks.
