[12.0] muk_dms: Error when uploading large file

When we tried to upload any file more than 2 mb, the server is down and we need to start it again every time.
I have installed the following: muk_dms, muk_autovacuum, muk_dms_lboject, muk_fields_lobject, muk_security, muk_utils, muk_web_searchpanel, muk_web_utils

Kindly your advice to solve this issue...
