Latest release does not include pre-built jar

At the time of writing this issue, the latest release is version 2.5.1 - however that release does not have a pre-built jar attached to it.
Many users will not be compiling the 2.5.1 version by themselves, but instead fall back to the older 2.5.0 release, which does have a prebuilt jar attached.

Please provide a prebuilt jar for the 2.5.1 (and future) releases as well.
