Project was previously at ~60% test coverage because
main.goandtools/cli/main.gowere not being tested at all.Changes:
Refactors
main.goto be more testable and unit tests much ofmain.go.Adds integration tests for
tools/cli/main.go.Makes the test style a bit more consistent across the project
