Describe the bug

when the file download is complete, the file validation usually fails
It occurs mainly in DFF and IMG assets
If you start the resource while already inside the server, there are no issues; the problem usually occurs when you join the server and finish downloading the file

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a resource that contains dff, mp3, img.

Version

Client: v1.7-untested-26790(Windows 10, 64)
Server: v1.7-untested-26790(Linux, 64)

This also applies to files of any size; I only mentioned the 20 MB as an example.
