Scrollbar Hidden

Hey I am GSSOC Contributor

I see there is a major issue with the scrollbar. It completely hidden and users have to uses keyboard to scroll down. I think I can fix it.

Please assign this to me a so that I can start working on it and do add the labels as gssoc 25 and Level 3 :)
