Unable to scale/change font size of musical symbols

Engraving bug (incorrect score rendering)

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Add a staff text (Select a note/rest and press Ctrl+T / Cmd+T)
2. Type out normal text and insert special characters from the "Musical symbols" category
3. Change the font size of the whole text in the element
   Expected behavior: The symbols scale to the font size (shrink or enlarge accordingly)
   Actual behavior: The symbols stay the same size regardless of the text font size changes, resulting in outlandish differences in size on print.
   This applies to all text elements and frames.
