First clef and key signature not redrawn after Replace Instrument

Description with steps to reproduce

The first clef and key signature are not redrawn if the initial measures contain a multi-measure rest and the instrument is replaced.

1. Create empty score with Trumpet in B♭
2. fill all measures with notes after measure 4
3. Turn on multi-measure rest
4. Replace Trumpet with Trombone
5. First clef and key signature don't change

• The issue is present in all versions of Musescore 4 (at least since Musescore 4.0.2)
• The issue is fixed after toggling multi-measure rests or reopening the project.

As said in https://musescore.org/en/node/394837: I can't reproduce, MuseScore 4.7.4, Windows 11,
Not completly at least, the key signature does change, only the clef does not

That's odd. I was able to reproduce the bug even on macOS.
Did you have multi-measure rests enabled?

I just followed the steps you outlined, so yes. mm rests enabled (and toggling them fixed the clef issue). And with the sample fie from that musescore.org thread I can't reproduce it at all, clef and key sig do change, like they should.

Multi-measure rests are already enabled in the existing score from musescore.org thread when you open it. Turn them off and back on, then you'll be able to reproduce the bug.
