Help with a liquid tank project

Which protocol do you want to use? The Guardian AST might be a good starting point for you.
Creating a HMI is outside of the scope of this project. We might be able to give hints on how to connect a HMI.

ok sir i want to use s7comm protocol and modbus protocol and i want to know that how that creater use png files to show hmi and how he get data from plc and how that data is showsing on pngs

For the HMI, John is using Glade, the HMI you have yo build yourself and it's not in the scope of Conpot.
He is probably using a modbus client to talk to Conpot to display the values in the HMI. Have a look at the Modbus tests to see how you can use a client to talk to Conpot.
I doubt that he was using a s7comm client. If you are interested in that as well, have a look at this helper.
