Maybe migrate demo site to other provider?

GitHub pages as a host has a few issues (SPA routing, public path for assets, etc) and I think we should maybe migrate away.

The simple solution would be something like Netlify which either of us could toss up pretty quick. Just curious for your thoughts on the matter.
