Consider Linux arm binaries

I’m not actually requesting it, nor need it, but since I’m reading some nice activity here about improvements in the CI process here, including testing and adding macOS with arm to the builds, I’m opening up an issue to see the popularity.

Considering that GitHub Actions added arm Ubuntu runners recently, it is available, and maybe some projects would want to use these binaries on that architecture.

If we have Arm runners available, then it's just a matter of using them and uploading the binaries, shouldn't be too difficult to do, more difficult problem is testing the binaries. Any volunteers with ARM Mac or Ubuntu?
