Packages not being updated

There are new releases of a package on PyPI (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/django-watchman) and clicking the "Refresh" button has no effect.

I notice there's an error in the logs that suggest that localshop is unable to parse or render the README:

I am seeing a similar issue. I am trying to to install SQLAlchemy==1.0.8 via our localshop site, but it can only resolve up through 0.9.7. I do NOT see any errors as described above though.
