Settings Tab ID Input

When I enter a non-ascii unicode character into the "ID #" field of the Settings tab, the entire tab goes white. When the page is reloaded, the page returns to normal for a fraction of a second before turning white again. This issue does not occur with the Name field. The issue can be fixed by clearing cookies for the page.
