plus-sign in task-name is filtered out

Just found out that when changing the name of a task from within Kanban.ist, some special characters (the plus-sign and the ampersand for example) are being replaced by a space, which shouldn't happen.

e.g. "Glossary + r&d" becomes "Glossary r d"
