Advanced search features

There are some advanced features of search engines that could be implemented on the frontend, such as

• Wikipedia (or other) infoboxes when such a result is highly ranked
  • feat: add a wikipedia card if the first result is from wikipedia #20
• Search "applets"
  • ex. searching 1+1 gives you a calculator, houston weather a weather card, 10 inch to cm a unit converter
• Search filters, kind of like https://github.com/iorate/ublacklist
  • possibility for both whitelists and blacklists
  • could store preferences with the account, which would make this a backend job as well, but filtering could be done clientside
• Text-based search features, like "" and site:
  • Probably a job for the ranking engine

Something like DuckDuckHack that makes it really easy to make custom search features would be really cool.

I just found out about this (dead) DDG project by searching qr code gen and getting this as a result:

I'm never using another QR generator again! (unless it's added to Mwmbl ofc)

DuckDuckHack is Apache licensed. Maybe we can adopt it?
