provided under the Creative Commons CC-BY-SA 4.0 license. See the accompanying
LICENSE.CC-BY-SA file.

Machine-executable content for the Common Packaging Specification (i.e.
Makefile and associates scripts, but specifically excluding any .rst files)
is provided under a two clause BSD license. See the accompanying LICENSE.BSD
file.
