Flanker class data set download

Below are step-by-step instructions for downloading the fmriprep derivatives from set of n=5 participants that completed a T1-weighted structural image and the flanker task. A subset of participants also completed a resting state fMRI scan.

Access FastX through the remote login:
https://fastx.divms.uiowa.edu:3443/

Download and organize our data:

• Open the terminal
• Change directories from your home directory to fmrilab with the command: cd fmrilab
• Copy the following commands into the terminal to run these one at a time. Each command should finish before starting a new command. in exactly the order as shown:

1. wget -O CNL.tar.gz https://osf.io/nem3r/download
2. tar -xvf CNL.tar.gz
3. wget -O CNL2.tar.gz https://osf.io/69uex/download
4. tar -xvf CNL2.tar.gz
5. mv CNL2/CNL_ClassWorksheet.xlsx CNL/CNL_ClassWorksheet.xlsx; CNL2/sub-002 CNL/sub-002; mv CNL2/sub-002.html CNL/sub-002.html; mv CNL2/sub-003 CNL/sub-003; mv CNL2/sub-003.html CNL/sub-003.html; mv CNL2/sub-004 CNL/sub-004; mv CNL2/sub-004.html CNL/sub-004.html; mv CNL2/sub-005 CNL/sub-005; mv CNL2/sub-005.html CNL/sub-005.html

You should end with a folder named CNL that has data from all participants.
