Add timestamps to the log

Currently video-streamer log does not include time stamps. It would ease the trouble shooting a lot, if log messages contained time stamps.

I suggest we use same time stamp format as MXCuBE logs, for consistency.

Sounds like a good idea to me, in general the logging situation of the video-streamer should be improved long-term
