Hi! Unfortunately, I don't have time for this right now. There's a fair amount of work to be done. The main difference between the Windows version and the Linux version is its native notification system. Dino used to use libcanberra, but there was no Windows port for it. I need to make sure that it hasn't appeared. If we get rid of all this extra stuff, it could potentially become official and be installed, for example, via msys2.
