Describe the bug
Forward scheduling on a time that's lower than the current timezone offset results in an incorrect date for the scheduled entry, which in turn may result in the forward being applied directly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Wait till 00:10
2. Choose schedule forward
3. Choose today
4. Choose a time (for instance 08:00)
5. Forward is applied immediately

Expected behavior
Forward is scheduled later that day.
