Easy is better, in most cases. I'm all for a native script, so long as the backup features and the like, remain. It would be nice to setup directly from tty rather than a flatpak.. |

Managing both ML4W OS and a standalone GTK4 based Dotfiles Installer Flatpak is a high-effort task. To ensure the long-term stability of this project, I’m proposing a shift to a dedicated Bash-based installer. Going a bit back to the roots.
This isn't a step back in usability—it’s a step forward in integration. Installation will be even easier and by moving to a script-based system, we can trigger updates directly from your environment and keep the codebase clean.
