Consider whether the design needs updating so that LA9310 can control LMS7002M transmit chain enable, e.g. for TDD support.

Ricardas discussed with Karolis, who advised against using LMS7002M transmit enable pin.
It's been suggested that we might add an external RF switch in the transmit path and that this should be controlled by LA9310 PHY timer IO. Presumable the same pin (buffered?) could be broken out and available to control a downstream RFE.
