Limesuite 23.11 garbled Tx Antenna options

24.04 Lubuntu with LimeSuite 23.11 installed from source (NG also installed). I'm using a lime mini v2.

I noticed this awhile back, but forget to mention it. It started with SDR++ compiled from source and when selecting the LimeSDR v2 using the older API the Tx antenna options would be unreadable.

Fast forward, and I was messing with Osmo TRX LMS also compiled against 23.11. The same garbled antenna options are present,

Has anyone else experienced this? I believe stock 24.04 still comes with an older LimeSuite in apt and so people using SDR++ deb package wouldn't see this as the problem didn't exist in the earlier release.

Forgot to mention that a SoapySDRUtil --probe shows full antenna options on both the TX and RX path, so things like SigDigger are able to show available options. The problem seems to be more with applications directly using the limesuite api.

Changed nothing else except dropped back to 22.09.0 release, compiled and installed it and recompiled osmo-trx with lime support. Antenna output info is correct. Same in other applications using native limesuite.

Switched back to 23.11 for continued testing. I made the following change in SDRPP source code.

lms_name_t antennaNames[16] = {0};

I then put debug statements in, the garbled antenna options now seem blank.

LMS_GetAntennaList returned 5 antennas:

What's even more interesting is that on the same computer, SATDump actually returns the correct antenna options.

Actually, SATDump may be hard coding what I see in terms of antenna options and not actually getting a correct return like with osmo trx LMS and SDRPP.
