RPi Latest development branch mysgw do not work with raspbian 64bit

Recently I've re-installed the rasbian 64bit on a RPi v4, However the mysgw was unable to connect.
When I've re-installed the 32bit version everything worked ok.
Please note that a year ago I've installed the 64bit on a RPi **v3**, by simply altering the CFLAGS and removing the options
```
        -mfpu=neon-fp-armv8
        -mfloat-abi=hard
```
and it was working ok
