Squash punctuation in Bill committee name grouping

Names of a public bill committee that differ only by apostrophe/prime are shown as separate entities. It would be nice if those two characters were treated as equivalent for grouping.

For example: Looks like these two could more helpfully be treated as the same thing:

Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill
74 speeches
Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill
1587 speeches

Oh, I see that it's also happening because of differing number of spaces in the committee title too, e.g.,
