mysql-utilities do not work anymore with MySQL 8.0.26 #52

Description
After updating MySQL8 from an earlier release up to 8.0.26 the utilities stopped working. Even the command mysqlserverinfo fails as the support for utf8mb3 is removed.
$ mysqlserverinfo --server=<conn_info>
ERROR: Character set 'utf8mb3' unsupported.
Maybe it's possible to make it compatible again....
