Documentation should live in either README or the example book, not both

My preference would be to have the documentation for the template easy to find in a myst book that is deployed based on the source code in example/. this guarantees that the features are working (based on GHA workflow), and also illustrates the use case explicitly.

I see what you mean now, there is really not much documentation needed. However, after PR #16 I will still do a bit more cleaning up of the README in the example book to clarify things. I did not touch the contents in that book yet, only the action buttons.
