Simulator v24 Support

New functions in Simulator v24 would benefit significantly from an ESA implementation.

Example:

• A get_gmatrix implementation would be nearly identical to get_jacobean and would make interacting with GIC module more convenient.

Please advise on plans to support v24+, and I would be happy to submit a PR with my implementations for calling some of the new AUX functions.

Hey @lukelowry, thanks for reaching out. I haven't been an active maintainer since ~2020 and no longer have access to PowerWorld, so I'm not able to help. @mzy2240 - are you still actively maintaining this repo?

Alright, exciting. I'll submit a PR for a simple feature first to iron out any issues regarding the version support of PW.
