Data Tables not visible

Bug Description

I am unable to find data tables both within n8n and in the workflow node data table. I receive the error: 'Error fetching data table details: User is missing a scope required to perform this action.

When i decided to create new data table +, it shows "404 Error"

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Data Table' in the n8n navigation.
2. Create a data table.
3. Create a workflow.
4. Insert the 'Upsert' data table node.
5. In the list of data tables, I am unable to select the data table I created previously.

Expected behavior

Able to choose data tables from list properly

That's strange. I have other users in the same self-hosted n8n environment. When User X creates a data table named 'memberrr', User Y can see the same data table in the 'List' node but cannot use it and i unable to find data table itself (test1) in user Y in list of node.

so, where's data table in user Y in the list? is it bug?
