Describe the problem/error/question

I created a brand new workspace and workflow. I'm trying to add a credential for OpenAI, but I'm unable to get past this screen (below). It looks like a javascript function is running on a data structure that isn't exactly valid for it.

What is the error message (if any)?

Init Problem
There was a problem loading init data:
credentialTypes.reduce is not a function
