Please update simple-git in docker container to address CVE-2026-28292

Bug Description

Docker container 2.11.4 was just released, however it still contains vulnerable simple-git version for CVE-2026-28292.
Please update the simple-git dependency in the docker container to the fixed version (2.32.3)

SBOM should contain simple-git version 2.32.3 or later
