Toastr Demo not working with IE mode in Edge

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open Edge browser, on address bar, type edge://settings/defaultBrowser
2. On "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode)", select Allow
3. On Internet Explorer mode pages, click Add button, add "https://toastr.azurewebsites.net/"
4. Close and re-open Edge browser, browse to "https://toastr.azurewebsites.net/"
