Add support to discover X25519MLKEM768

Major browsers support X25519MLKEM768 as a hybrid (ECC+PQC) key agreement. This is also supported on the server side already by sites like google.com, CDNs like Cloudflare or libraries like OpenSSL3.5.

I would appreciate that X25519MLKEM768 is recognized as part of the key agreement curves identified by sslyze. This would help assess which sites are already qauntum-safe for confidentiality.

There is a fork due to @jmcrawford45 that gives nassl OpenSSL v3.5.1 integration that would help with this: https://github.com/jmcrawford45/nassl/tree/feature/openssl3-support

However, without NIDs for X25519MLKEM768 and other PQC primitives, I don't think whatever sslyze passes to SSL_set1_grouops() is going to work until they are assigned. Perhaps @nabla-c0d3 has included SSL_set1_groups_list() (which would work, see: openssl/openssl#27834 ) somewhere but I couldn't find it. M.
