Changes needed in the second version

Front panel
1. Remove the USB feedthrough on the DDS side.
2. Modify fan hole
Left panel (DDS side panel)
1. Add 48V feed through hole
2. Add mount hole for the power converter board, including the 12V to 5V converter module
Back panel
1. Modify fan hole
Top panel
1. Add holes for LED / thermal monitor
