Scripts developed to help in general tasks for ENA
This script was initially developed for systematic analysis of SARS-CoV-2 raw sequencing read data to produce consensus assemblies. The script itself obtains relevant metadata from a list of processed reads, in order to provide to individuals involved in post-processing QC.
