iw3 desktop cpu 100% is normal?

hi,my graphic is Nvidia 2060 12G, I run iw3 desktop ,but cpu is 100%, is this normal,how do I confirm torch is working or not? thank you

even if my another graphic is Nvidia 3090, the output stream fps is still 15 around.

When the target streaming FPS can't be achieved, it's normal for either the CPU or GPU to reach 100% utilization.
If 30 FPS can't be achieved on RTX 3090, it's likely due to either a very high screen resolution or a weak CPU.
Is your desktop resolution 1920x1080?

I changed to 1920x1080 ,fps is still 15.
I just think pytourch is not working,otherwise cpu load should not be 100% .

When I use "Immersive 3D "of viture company, It also includes cudnn and depth anything v2 ,but cpu load is near 0%, and only gpu video encode load is near 100%.

PyTorch already includes cuDNN. The high CPU usage is probably from screenshots and image encoding.
GPU JPEG encoding is currently broken, so it's not being used, but I believe it can be enabled in the next update.
