desktop2steoro add the openxr stream mode, could you think about to add openxr in iw3 desktop? RTX2060 test: 2160 input， da3-large model,fp32, sbs output has 25fps. and the picture quality very good. better than local viewer mode.

OpenXR has "Open" in the name, but in practice it is still difficult to use outside Windows, so I do not currently plan to support it.

Instead, iw3.player uses WebXR. With a recent update, CUDA frames can now be passed directly to the hardware encoder. Because of this, the current plan is to support WebRTC so it can connect to iw3.player.
