Dockerize The Base Station

This task Involves creating a docker container that anyone can access and start up the base station as quickly as possible. Other Alternative methosa are using the Tiler GL that allows to set up everything using windows.... Or setting up the full base station using WSL. This is to ensure that the base station is commutable .

• Document the current steps.
• Doccument a read me for WSL and Docker Setup.
• Dockerise the full base station with exposed ports to allow the base station to be quickly set up from any machine.
