Improve validators data in indexer api ( add Consensus key)

Now indexer don't have important validator information - validator consensus key. I think it should be added to Validator schema. 

Minimally - we need to add the current consensus key (20-bytes hex value)

Great - if we add information on all previous consensus keys ( by parsing Become validator, Change consensus key transactions)
