[Feature Request] Version 1.21.4 support

Feature Description

Hi, thank you for the mod.
I needed fabric 1.21.4 version, so I've ported that part. NeoForge is not yet released, so I am including patch instead of the pull request, as more work is still needed.

I have also wiggled a bit with the icon, so it is not intersecting selection box anymore.
