[Issue] Incompatibility with zenith mod enchants

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Enchant any tier hammer with boon of the earth enchant
2. Mine stone underground
3. Stone broken around AOE does not trigger the 2% chance of extra ore

Description of the issue you are having

Hammers enchanted by Boon of the Earth from the Zenith mod (fabric apotheosis port) don't seem to drop extra ores although AOE tools like the terra shatterer from other mods like Botania works fine with it.

Zenith mod doesn't seem like it's been maintained for the past 5 months, so I reported this here in case anyone is able to help.
