[Feature Request] Add blacklisted blocks configuration that if you break it you will break like a pickaxe

Feature Description

Some types of blocks like obsidian or ender chest or whatever it is i don't want to mine them with hammer it's so freaking op. We need this configuration to blacklist some blocks
