examples: Create CLI example

Create CLI example with different options:

• examples/cli-click: Create example using Click #6
• example/cli-typer: Create example using Typer #7

NOTE: Both examples should do exactly the same and should provide a --help flag and a short version flag -h. The same for --version and -v
