refactor: mirror .claude into .agents via symlinks
.agents/skills -> ../.claude/skills and AGENTS.md -> CLAUDE.md so the agents-convention paths resolve to the canonical ones. Drops the host/skills indirection in favor of .claude as the single source of truth.
