Add support for CopyToOutputDirectory in project files

Add support for CopyToOutputDirectory in project files.
It would require reworking the deploy manager to check for files marked as CopyToOutputDirectory, find out if the connected target has internal storage and proceed with the deployment. It would also would have to take into account when targets have internal storage or sd card, etc.
