Target info isn't updated after reboot command

Detailed repro steps so we can see the same problem

1. Target running nanoBooter.
2. Send ping. Device reports nanoBooter (OK).
3. Hit reboot command on toolbar.
4. Watch device actually reboot.
5. Send ping. Device reports nanoBooter (NOT OK).

Expected behaviour

The target information should be forced to be updated after a reboot command is issued.
