Direct component logging

Currently, when we're displaying logs, we use the component name (ex. web.main) and that it.

It would be nice if we could add something to the output that would indicate where that log was coming from (app name, app id, etc.)

The problem with the current approach is particularly evident when you are using an external logger (Datadog for example) and are connecting multiple apps to the same account
